  1.   The Main Menu / Edit menu has several ways to handle your data.

  3. Copy
  4. Copy brings up a copy of your current Window, with the
  5. same view filter list of items in the current list box. After
  6. selecting Copy, Click on those items you wish to copy, then click on
  7. Group Copy. Your selected information is now in the Windows clipbaord.
  8.  
  9. Paste
  10. Paste when clicked displays the current contents of the
  11. Windows clipboard. You may have copied a paragraph of
  12. a story into the clipboard previously. Then click on those
  13. items you wish to Paste to the end of the main list. Then
  14. Click Group Paste. This same screen appears when you are
  15. using the "Small Window" for pasting data from other applications. To
  16. bypass the screen altogether and paste the items immediately, check off
  17. Options/Data Control "automatic paste."

  19. Group Delete
  20. Group Delete functions like Copy, except the selected items will
  21. be deleted from your list. The items are not copied to
  22. the WIndows Clipboard.

  24. Complete list allows  a listing like the Filter Complete - the complete
  25. list, but the list is much roomier, and the screen is not
  26. cluttered by controls. You have no editing functions in this
  27. complete list.

  30. Topic Maintenance

  32.         Bear in mind that this section has a direct bearing on your data.
  33.         You can add a new topic, delete an existing topic,
  34.         rename a topic -including renaming a topic to another
  35.         topic to consolidate; You can sort the main list by topic,
  36.         or Sort the topic name list itself. From this screen you can
  37.         also unmark important items.

  39.         When deleting a topic, you have the option (a checkbox)
  40.         to also remove the data assigned to that topic.

  42.         You can assign a group of items to a given topic by selecting
  43.         "Group Assign"
